Apex Credit

CONTRACT AGREEMENT

I/We ________________________ (hereafter referred to as a "client") desire to retain Apex Credit for the purpose of improving client's credit profile.

Client hereby agrees to provide Apex Credit (hereafter referred to as "Consultant") with a copy of all correspondence received from the credit bureaus or creditors that is related to the process of this case. Client agrees to mail the correspondence to Consultant in a timely manner.

Consultant will prepare the necessary correspondence in dispute of certain derogatory information ion Clients' credit file. Consultant will negotiate on Clients' behalf when necessary. Client understands that Consultant is not an attorney and cannot give any legal advice.

Consultant agrees that he/she will do everything in his/her power to legally improve Clients' credit profile within two months to a year, unless other arrangements are made between Client and Consultant. Client understands that it is their responsibility to forward all correspondence upon receipt and it is not the Consultants responsibility to remind Client. Client understands without prompt receipt of correspondence the restoration process may be delayed and exceed the contract agreement (additional fee may require to restart agreement). Client also agrees to pay a new item fee ($ 75 per new item) to Consultant if Client has new derogatory information other than what was originally agreed upon.

Under law Consultant cannot make any guarantees as to the result of such services. The process is also dependent upon Client's ability to repay loans, the cooperation of Clients' creditors, and the credit bureaus ability to verify information.

The consultant is in no way obligated to continue any services if the total fee is not paid in full, if payment arrangements have been made payment is due on or before due date. Failure to respond will result in a $50.00 late fee added to your account. The fee for the services rendered shall be $ ________ and payable according to the following terms:
