- Update personal history with the three credit bureaus
- Provide you with up to date mortgage programs as your credit repairs.

STEPS TO FOLLOW FOR CREDIT REPAIR PROGRAM:
1. Every 45 days you should be getting updated credit reports from all 3 bureaus you need to get them to us within 10 days of receipt of them.
2. Please call or email our office once a month for an update to stay on top of your file.
3. Any letters received from bureaus need to be sent to us.
4. Please notify us when you are ready to pay collections.
5. Do not talk with creditors, take their name and number and call us with the information.
6. Any notice received by a creditor please forward to our office.
7. Do not open or apply for credit as this will lower your score.
8. Any new derogatory marks will lower your score more than 50 points, please make payments on time or you will be charged extra for new items.
