Whether it’s a wrist watch, a gift certificate to a favorite store, a cash rebate, or airline vouchers, we always try our best to have something available to give back. We also have monthly drawings to win vacation packages. We believe that mortgaging a home is serious business, and there’s nothing wrong with adding a bit fun in the mix.

Starting September 1st- December 31st

All loans funded between these days are eligible to receive a cash rebate equal to the dollar amount of paid appraisal fee. These clients are also eligible for a drawing to win a vacation package for two to Hawaii. This vacation package includes air fare, hotel stay for three nights, and activities.
